This policy explains what Walnut Creek Pavers (walnutcreekpavers.com) collects and how it is used.

What we collect

When you send a form: your name, phone number, email if you give it, city or ZIP, project type and anything you write in the notes. With it we record the page you sent it from, the referring site and campaign tags (utm parameters) from your first visit. When you call our tracking number, the call system records the calling number, time and duration and may record the call.

We also use analytics tools that set cookies to measure visits and which pages lead to calls and requests. We do not send your name, phone, email or message to analytics.

How we use it

We use your information to pass your request to an independent paver contractor serving your area, who may contact you about your project. Contractors may pay us for project requests or for use of this website. We send your request only to contractors who may do your project, and we don't sell or give your information to anyone for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

Forms are processed by Formspree, calls by a call-tracking provider, and the site is hosted by Cloudflare. They handle data on our behalf under their own terms.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by calling (925) 291-4500. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to limit or opt out of certain sharing; we will not treat you differently for using them.

Retention and security

We keep request records only as long as needed to route requests, handle questions and keep business records, and protect them with reasonable safeguards.

Children

This site is for adults planning home projects and is not directed to children under 16.
